Return / Shipping

Shipment:
All shipments will be sent on the same day or next business day via USPS (Priority Mail, First Class Mail) or UPS (Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day select).

We offer many shipping options. Please select the desired level of expedited shipping when making your purchase.

We also ship internationally. Please email for a rate quote if the listing does not include your country or territory.

International Buyers: Buyers are responsible for all custom and brokerage fees for shipments to Canada and ALL International Locations outside of the United States.

For wrong items, missing items and shipping damages, please report to us via email within 48 hours. Any claims after this will not be honored.

Returns:
Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the purchased item(s). Please email to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item(s).

Note: All refund items must be in 100% complete, sellable condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories that were provided by the manufacturer. We will not issue a refund for any product which is returned to us used or altered, abused, or if any parts are missing.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty:
Every item sold by us is warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days after the date of sale of the product. This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product that is used for any other purposes than that for which it is intended as stated in the manufacturer's product information. In addition, the sections above labeled Application Make and Application Detail, which list the automobiles for which the tool is intended, are provided as a guide. It is the responsibility of the user to insure the correct tool is purchased and is suitable for his/her vehicle and the repair to be done. This warranty is limited to the value of the product and does not extend to items being serviced.
